BasinSPAN surveys have a long offset and are typically depth imaged to 40 km. The programs are custom designed by our geologists with regional expertise in an effort to answer macro geological questions. Typically, SPAN lines are positioned to tie key wells, recent discoveries and cross play fairways, and lines are positioned to complement existing seismic. SPANs provide a regional crustal-scale framework of PSTM and PSDM data for basin-scale geological studies, understanding petroleum 3D systems, and basin modeling.
