About INOVA
INOVA Geophysical was formed in March 2010 when BGP and ION Geophysical each contributed land seismic equipment assets to the new joint venture company. Managed as an independent company, INOVA is owned 51% by BGP (a wholly owned subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation) and 49% by ION Geophysical.
