What do you do at ION?

I am with ION's GXT Imaging Solutions group and work in a multi-functional role that includes: managing proprietary data processing projects (Brazil, Gulf of Mexico, West Africa, China, and Russia), worldwide compute and disk allocation support for all data processing centers, training and data processing support for non-GXT operated business partners, and recruiting. In this role I also have an opportunity to interact with GX Technology's clients - mostly super-major oil companies and national oil companies - on proprietary projects involving marine, land, and OBC-VSO data.

What do you enjoy most about your job at ION?

I appreciate and enjoy the support of management to openly discuss, promote, or debate existing or proposed business plans and how these may impact staff and growth of the company. Looking after employee concerns and needs are key to the success of any organization.
