Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
 David Roland currently serves as Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, having joined ION in April 2004. Prior to joining ION, Mr. Roland held several positions within the legal department of Enron Corp., an energy trading and pipeline company, most recently as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining Enron in 1998, Mr. Roland was an attorney in the global headquarters of Caltex Corporation, an international oil & gas marketing and refining company. Mr. Roland was a corporate and securities attorney with the law firm of Gardere & Wynne from 1988 until 1994, when he joined Caltex.
Mr. Roland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and a Juris Doctorate with Distinction from St. Mary's University.
