Chairman, Prime Capital Management Company
Theodore H. Elliott, Jr. joined our Board of Directors in 1987. Since 1981, he has been in the venture capital business as the Chairman of Prime Capital Management Co., Inc., a Connecticut based venture capital company, and as a private investor. Prior to Prime Capital Management, Mr. Elliott was Vice President of General Electric's venture capital subsidiary. Prior to General Electric, Mr. Elliott was head of investment banking at Clark, Dodge & Co. Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors and the Compensation and Audit Committees of National Interstate, a specialty property and casualty insurance company based in Ohio. Mr. Elliott is a member of the Audit Committee of our Board of Directors.
Mr. Elliott has a Bachelor of Art and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University and a Juris Doctorate degree from New York University.
