Executive Vice President and COO for Global Business Development
TengBeng Koid serves as ION’s Executive Vice President & COO for Global Business Development. Koid joined ION in 2004 as Vice President of Business development. While in this position, he also worked as a consultant for ION’s Imaging Systems Group. Prior to joining ION, Koid was Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Halliburton, an oil and gas technology and services company. Previously, he held a variety of positions at Landmark, a division of Halliburton, including Vice President of Asset Performance Consulting, Vice President of Global Business Development, and from 1996 to 2000, Region Vice President for Landmark’s Asia Pacific team. Prior to joining Landmark, Koid was a senior manager for IBM, specializing in the oil and gas industry.
Koid has an MBA from Bath University and graduated with Honors from the University Science Malaysia with a Bachelor in Computer Science.
