Franklin Myers

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Cameron International Corporation

Franklin Myers joined our Board of Directors in 2001. He is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cameron International Corporation (previously Cooper Cameron), an international manufacturer of oil and gas flow control equipment. Mr. Myers has been Senior Vice President at Cameron since 1995 and served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 1995 to 1999, as well as President of the Cooper Energy Services Division from 1998 until 2002. Prior to joining Cameron, Mr. Myers was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Baker Hughes Incorporated, a leading oilfield services and equipment provider, and an attorney and partner with the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in Houston, Texas. Mr. Myers also currently serves on the Board of Directors of Comfort Systems, Inc., a NYSE-listed provider of heating, ventilation and air conditioning services.  Mr. Myers is Chairman of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Governance Committee of our Board of Directors.
 
Mr. Myers holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Juris Doctorate with Honors from the University of Mississippi.
